  • Built a CMS in 1.5 weeks that made new plan launches 4× faster.
  • Cut an app-store localization workflow from three people and one day to ~30 min.
  • Set the engineering strategy and moved AI adoption from experiments to team-wide practice.

  • Co-founded the company and built its full technology stack as the sole engineer.
